The Maryland Rural Health Association in partnership with the Rural Maryland Council and State Office of Rural Health hosted a 2010 Rural Health Conference, Oct. 21-22, at Rocky Gap near Cumberland, MD. The theme was Rural Matters! Emerging Health Challenges and Opportunities. The conference brought together ninety rural health stakeholders to learn and discuss challenges and opportunities facing rural communities.
