Need Help Preparing For The MedBee?

Do you need a study buddy to prepare for the MedBee competition? Well you are in luck. In cooperation with your local high school, students are signing up to assist you.

What will you do?

Contact your Guidance Counselor to identify a high school student near you who is interested in working with you to prepare for the competition. The Guidance Counselor will provide you the information to contact the high school student and arrange for a meeting at the middle school.  Your study buddy and you will need to set your goals, establish a study schedule, and get down to the hard work of preparation.

What are the advantages for you?

The top 5 MedBee competitors will receive money in-trust toward their college tuition, expenses, and fees. In addition, as a MedBee competitor you will begin to gain points toward the Richard Colburn Senatorial Scholarship, which is awarded each year to a graduating senior in the District. The more you participate, both in middle school and in high school, the more points you will earn and the better your chances of being the one to receive the scholarship.

What is your next step?

Contact your guidance office for assistance in obtaining a study buddy to help you prepare for the competition.
